Fixes/Changes
- Fixed an issue where the Deep Forest race of Concept Car Club had a higher licence requirement than the rest
- Fixed an issue where closing and reopening the Event Synthesizer setup menu in certain situations would cause a crash
- Fixed oil was not correctly being replaced when repainting a car that was originally bought used
- Fixed an issue where tires were not checked against regulations when entering rally courses with Event Synthesizer
- Fixed Full Restore being applicable with insufficient money, sending the player's credits into the negatives
