- Display Rankings can still cause a crash when viewed in certain licence tests
- Assist overrides only apply to setup page A
- Scrolling between garage pages is slower than the base game - This is a side effect of making the garage correctly show drivetrain swapped cars.
- GT Auto car wash staff will clip inside the car when cleaning the Daihatsu Midget '63
- Races start in bumper cam if a new cam was previously selected - Hoping to fix in an update, although requires some complicated code fixes
- Cars can only be repainted in GT Auto when the garage is not full, as it works by creating a temporary copy of the current car
- Taking a photo in replay mode can crash the game (access to the photo mode also cannot be blocked as it doesn't work like a typical menu)
- Text for new events and car descriptions is English-only
- Missions 35-40 have no track preview graphics on pre-race screen
- Circuit Valencia only supports rolling starts with large gaps between cars
- Sorting by Length/Displacement/Engine Type can take a while with a very large garage
- Licence demonstration runs do not play and will end immediately
